Jack Speckman – Regional Development Lead
Jack joined MTW as a Regional Development Lead in October 2022. He brings nearly 10 years of experience working in positions that solely focus on getting people into work. These roles have provided him with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both employers and workers. None more so than his 7 years working for K10, a social enterprise that specialises in construction apprenticeships for young people. Jack’s first-hand experience of dealing with youth unemployment means he is well-equipped to support and drive MTW’s mission.
Jack is based in London, is a lover of dogs and going to gigs, but his main passion is football. Outside of work, he helps manage a Saturday team that he also plays for, which is helping him train for the London marathon.
