Movement to Work has partnered with Accenture to create a tailored employability skills curriculum which helps young people get the most from their work experience placements.
WHAT IS COVERED IN THE CURRICULUM?
The curriculum focuses on developing skills in three main areas; In The Workplace, Employability Skills and Digital Skills. Helping build the skills and confidence participants need to hit the ground running on their work placement and be best placed to get a job afterwards.
OVERVIEW OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE
You have access to high quality training content from two online training programmes; The Skills to Succeed Academy and the Digital Skills programme.
HOW CAN THE TRAINING BE USED?
The training is online, flexible and customisable. Training programmes can be delivered in the classroom or as self-study . Support materials are available to help with your delivery.
