The Movement to Work programme is a two week programme to support young people aged 16-30 not in education, employment or training to get into work. The programme consists of:
- A generic 5 day customer service course delivered by our chosen training providers in a classroom setting
- Followed by a store placement for 4 days
- With a guaranteed interview and feedback
This programme is designed to help understand what good customer service looks like and gives you the opportunity to put this into practice.
